How do I register on BSNL bill payment portal?
BSNL bill payment portal is used to pay Landline, FTTH, Mobile & Broadband bill payments online. If you are a registered user on this portal, then you will get following advantages like
- Registration will store your Landline or FTTH number on portal login which can be selected on single click while making payments & hence it will save your precious time during online payments.
- It will save the previous transactions details on your account which you can use for future reference in case of any dispute.
- You can also file billing complaints from this website.
- Postpaid mobile users can check their unbilled voice & data usage.
- Prepaid numbers also be stored in this site & can be recharged anytime.
Online Payment Portal registration
Now we will see how to register on this portal website. First, go to http://www.bsnl.in/ & click on Landline Broadband bills like shown in the image below.
Now you are on the homepage of BSNL online payment portal. On the right-hand side top corner, you can see Sign In tab. Click on it.
Now you are on login window of the page as shown in below screenshot.
For new user registration just click on “SIGN UP” or “Don’t have an account yet.”
In this page, you have to fill the Name, Email ID, Circle or State, password & code. Email ID will be considered your username for login. Now fill your mobile number and click on GET OTP, after that you receive an OTP which should be entered in OTP field.
On clicking on create an account button, your account has been set up & you can see home page screen of your portal account like shown in below image.
In this page just below the dashboard tab, you can see options like Landline, Mobile, recharge, transactions, unbilled usage, etc.
Adding Landline/FTTH no. in BSNL portal
Just click on Landline then individual/FTTH Bills, you will see a form like below image.
Phone Number => It’s your Landline or FTTH number
Account Number => You can see this number on the copy of your bill. It’s a number just below the customer id as shown in the following screenshot.
Nickname => any name
After filling the entries click on Submit button. Now your phone number has been added to your account. In a similar way, you can add postpaid and prepaid numbers also.
The Postpaid number can be added using Mobile menu of dashboard whereas prepaid can be added to recharge menu.
